Leena's Gingerbread Christmas Tree

As you can see, it's not actually gingerbread!

It's cream cheese sugar cookie dough tinted green and flavored with peppermint oil. We knew we were eating this one!

But it is what she wanted: a Christmas tree decorated with candy! Yum!
