We love hands-on science centres! There's a great one in Canberra, a couple of hours' drive away. I can see from your photos you have some activities in your centre similar to what's in ours. Looks like you had a fun day!
They were having special "home schoolers" days in September and October with $2 tickets (usually $14-$17). I think next year we will go in September though, because we crossed over with a lot of school groups, so things were pretty crowded. It was super fun, though!
